Mobile Massage

Be sure a space of approx 8'x 4' is available for table set-up. Therapist brings all equipment and supplies including massage table, fresh linens, relaxing music, oils etc. In general, pets are tolerated. Please specify any add-ons or preferences when booking. Any attempt to sexualize the massage will result in immediate termination of the massage by the therapist

Therapeutic Massage

Healing Hands offers exceptional Therapeutic Massage, integrating a diverse range of techniques spanning from traditional methods to cosmic insights. From relaxing Swedish massage to therapeutic deep tissue, our therapists bring a bouquet of modalities to the massage table. A pre-session consultation will determine the best style for you.

Advanced Manual Therapy

This treatment targets specific muscle and joint pain. Clients are fully clothed and no oil is used. This therapy is generally pain-free and involves joint movement and release. Mary follows the modality, Coaching The Body, protocols as she completes her training on this advanced treatment.

Ms. Mary Self LMTM

A life-long intuitive healer and service provider, Mary Self completed her certification for professional massage therapy at Professional Massage Training Center in Springfield, MO in 2001. Training included a 600-hour study course, as well as hands-on clinical training. Mary’s internship at St. John’s Hammons Heart Institute and Missouri State Board exam completed her licensure.

With a vast variety in studies and experience, Mary can apply a client requested technique of Swedish Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Energy Work/Chakra Balancing, Pillossage, Aromatherapy, Precision Neuromuscular and Spa Services included in her specialty technique, Intuitive Therapeutic Massage. Her most recent addition of the Medray Shockwave Therapy System includes Advanced Manual Therapy techniques for decreased pain and increased range of motion.

Throughout her 20+ year career, Mary has provided professional massage therapy and yoga lessons in a variety of settings including spa/salon, fitness center, wellness center, and mobile settings.
